Gunn Dermatology No Show Policy

Gunn Dermatology strives to provide the highest level of patient care and respect patient's time in our office. Over-scheduling is a practice in medicine to limit the cost of no-shows and cancellations but leads to longer wait times. Our office does not over-schedule our clinic and, therefore, will require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. In addition, patients arriving more than 30 minutes after the appointment start time may not be admitted to the clinic and considered a no-show. This policy allows our office to function efficiently and provide the best care to all of our patients.

No shows will have a fee posted to their account based on their scheduled appointment type.

$100 new patient appointments

$50 medical appointments

$100 surgery appointments

$250 cosmetic clinic appointments (vivace, ultherapy, fillers, etc)

$50 aesthetic appointments (hydrafacial, skin pen, peels, etc)

For medicaid patients, we will be unable to reschedule after a no show.
